General Terms and Conditions

    1. We accept orders in writing, also by e-mail.

    2. Our staff sends the relevant price rates to the client and establishes the other job conditions by e-mail or in a  written contract.

    3. The sending of a translation job or ordering of an interpretation job by e-mail has the same effect as the conclusion of a contract for the same job.

    4. Translation and interpretation are subject to a confidentiality clause, which applies both to our in-house staff and to the translators we work with. A confidentiality clause is specified in the footer of our company e-mail, in the confidentiality declarations signed by our employees and in our contracts with translators and interpreters.

    5. Letterman transfers to the client the proprietary copyright to the translation, whereas the moral rights remain with the translator.
